My wok has not failed me yet

Thursday night I made Filet of Beef Bourgsomething. It's French, I can't remember how to say it. It was SO GOOD. I think I'm allowed to say that it was SO GOOD because I cooked it, but I didn't make it up or anything. The recipe was from the Barefoot Contessa cookbook that my mom got me for my birthday. Holy cow it was so good. And hooray for splurging for filet at the grocery store. One could cut one's steak with a butter knife. All the steak got eaten, but there was sauce and carrots remaining. I may eat it over noodles tonight. Mmm.
